The College offers the Master of Public Administration and the Bachelor of Arts in Communication, programs designed to cultivate competent leaders, scholars, and communicators responsive to the needs of society. It is organized into four academic departmentsโPublic Administration; Linguistics and Literature; Archeology, History and Culture; and Human Kineticsโwhich collectively advance the Universityโs mission of fostering intellectual growth, promoting cultural appreciation, and contributing to national and global development.

Master of Public Administration
The Master in Public Administration (MPA) is a graduate program designed to develop the students with knowledge and leadership and governance skills as public servants, and those employed in non-profit organizations, and private sector. This three-year-program equips the graduate students with knowledge on theories, administrative, and management concepts to help address challenges in public and non-profit organizations. This also provides the students with strong research experience in public administration, policy formulation, budgeting and financial management, and human resource development.
Short description of Bachelor of Arts in Communication
The Bachelor of Arts in Communication (BA Comm) program of the College of Arts and Humanities at Partido State University is designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in shaping the emerging media landscapes across diverse platforms and audiences. The field of study encompasses the diverse ways humans communicate, emphasizing how verbal and non-verbal messages create meaning across various contexts and media platforms, including interpersonal relationships, groups, organizations, and cultures. Graduates of this program are prepared for a wide array of professions, such as public and corporate communication/information officers, social science and communication researchers/analysts, communication/media planners and managers, program/project development officers, public relations and advertising practitioners, media practitioners, learning system designers, and multimedia designers, among other allied and related professions.
