The College of Business and Management (CBM) of Partido State University, established in 2010, is dedicated to developing competent, ethical, and globally competitive professionals in the fields of business and management. The College offers a graduate program, the Master in Business Administration (MBA), and five undergraduate programs: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA); Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management; Bachelor of Science in Economics; Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship; and Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. Guided by its goal of producing innovative and value-driven leaders, CBM equips students with critical thinking skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and sustainable practices to address contemporary challenges and contribute to inclusive economic and social development.

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA)
The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) Program is a comprehensive academic program that prepares students for professional practice in the field of accounting and related disciplines. It is designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and competencies required for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Examination, while fostering ethical values, professional responsibility, and a commitment to community service. The program emphasizes lifelong learning, leadership, teamwork, and research-based problem-solving, enabling students to adapt to the evolving demands of the accounting profession. With a strong focus on international standards, cultural sensitivity, and the integration of information technology, the BSA program develops globally competitive accountants who can contribute meaningfully to organizations, industries, and society.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management (BSBA-FM)
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management (BSBA-FM) is a four-year degree program structured to meet the needs of professional financial managers able to work in international setting and in the local setting. The BSBA-FM program prepares the graduates for various careers in financial management as well as in related fields, including but not limited to, corporate finance, investment management, banking, credit, trust operations, insurance, foreign currency markets, money markets, capital markets, and other financial securities markets. The curriculum provides the graduate with knowledge on financial institutions and technical skills based on established financial theories, methodologies, and various analytical tools. It also promotes an outlook that is based primarily on ethics, market integrity, regulations, good governance and a competitive global perspective, necessary for effective financial decision-making.
Bachelor of Science in Economics
The undergraduate programs are designed to prepare students for jobs that require research and analytical skills in the public or corporate sector and to provide an adequate and reliable intellectual platform for those who would like to pursue advanced graduate degrees in economics as well as further studies in law, management, finance, international relations, and other related fields. The programs incorporate observed trends in economics education, align teaching methodologies to specific learning philosophies, and promote research competencies required by 21st century learners.
The BS Economics program is designed to equip students with knowledge in economic theory and its applications and with essential skills for undertaking economic analysis. This degree program is designed for students who prefer more courses in mathematics and the sciences. More focused on the technical and practical aspects of Economics, the BS program requires more major (Economics) courses and thus fewer opportunities for customizing the program of study.
Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSEnt)
The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship equips students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to develop, manage, and sustain innovative business ventures. The program emphasizes creativity, strategic planning, and responsible leadership, preparing graduates to become successful entrepreneurs and contributors to economic growth and community development.
Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA)
The Bachelor of Science in Office Administration prepares students for careers in office management and administrative support through training in organizational systems, business communication, information management, and office technology. The program develops graduates who are efficient, service-oriented, and capable of supporting the operational and managerial functions of modern organizations.
