



As part of its continuing quality assurance cycle, Partido State University conducted the 2026 Internal Quality Audit (IQA) on February 24โ25, 2026, encompassing key offices, colleges, and support units across its campuses.ย
The audit systematically reviewed documented procedures, operational controls, and process implementation to ensure sustained alignment with the Universityโs quality management framework. Internal Quality Auditors worked closely with process owners and unit representatives to validate compliance, surface operational gaps, and identify opportunities for process enhancement and risk-based improvement.ย
Dr. Michael A. Clores, Vice President for Academic Affairs and ISO Chairperson, emphasized that the IQA is a strategic mechanism for institutional refinement. He noted that while documentation establishes structure, the true measure of quality lies in how effectively systems translate into consistent, efficient, and reliable service delivery for stakeholders.ย
The annual audit reflects the Universityโs commitment to continuously refining internal systems, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring that policies and procedures remain adaptive to evolving academic, administrative, and stakeholder needs to sustain excellent performance and service quality.
