𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐒𝐔 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬

Partido State University Library Services Office brought the joy of reading closer to young learners through Balikbasa: Library Reading Sessions and Storytelling, held on September 23, 2026, at the Saint Vincent de Ferrer Child Development Daycare Center in Barangay Magsaysay, Buyo.

The Librarians and library personnel engaged the children through reading sessions and storytelling activities designed to nurture their interest in books and learning at an early age. 

Mrs. Cely A. Velarde, day care teacher,  warmly welcomed the University team and supported the community-based initiative.

Through Balikbasa, the University extends its library services beyond the campus and helps create meaningful learning experiences for children in the community. The initiative reflects ParSU’s commitment to making learning, literacy, and access to educational resources more inclusive and community-centered.
