Partido State University (ParSU) continues to strengthen its global engagement through the expertise and international contributions of its faculty. Demonstrating this commitment, Dr. Bernadette G. Gumba, CPA, Professor VI of the College of Business and Management, successfully completed a month-long consultancy and technical advisory engagement at the Instituto Sรฃo Joรฃo de Brito (ISJB) in Kasait, Timor-Leste, from June 15 to July 16, 2026.ย
As part of the consultancy, Dr. Gumba conducted an organizational audit to assess the institution's strategic management and organizational development needs. She also provided technical guidance in developing policies and procedures for administration and finance, contributing to the establishment of a more efficient, accountable, and sustainable organizational system.
Beyond the technical advisory work, the engagement broadened opportunities for collaboration between ParSU and ISJB, laying the groundwork for future academic and institutional partnerships.ย
It also underscores how the University's faculty members contribute their expertise to advancing organizational and educational development beyond national borders, reinforcing ParSU's growing international presence through knowledge exchange, capacity-building, and meaningful global engagement.
