
Partido State University (ParSU) was formally awarded the PRIME-HRM Level II (Bronze) Award by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) through CSC Resolution No. 2600582, promulgated on April 22, 2026, following the Universityโs successful PRIME-HRM evaluation and assessment on February 4-5, 2026.
The awarding was graced by CSC officials, Ms. Ma. Dolores D. Salud, Director II of the CSC Field Office, and Ms. Dana Valiente-Altea, Supervising Human Resource Specialist, who joined the ParSU community for the occasion.ย
In her message, Dir. Salud lauded ParSUโs commitment to institutionalizing best practices and encouraged the University to sustain its efforts toward achieving PRIME-HRM Levels III and IV.
SUC President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo, in turn, ย conveyed his gratitude to the CSC for its guidance and support in attaining the recognition. He emphasized that the award reflects the Universityโs strengthened systems and policies, which will translate into more efficient and responsive services for employees. He also underscored PRIME-HRM as one of the lasting legacies he hopes to establish for the institution.
The award was formally presented during the Universityโs regular Monday flag ceremony, where officials, faculty, and personnel gathered in ASEAN attire, providing a fitting backdrop for the recognition. Selected employees were likewise recognized with on-the-spot awards, further underscoring the significance of the occasion.ย
The conferment reflects the Universityโs continued efforts to strengthen its practices in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and rewards and recognition, ensuring the implementation of more responsive, employee-centered systems.
