In his opening message, ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo underscored the University's recent milestones, including attaining Level III Institutional Accreditation and PRIME HRM Maturity Level II. He emphasized that these achievements are the result of the collective dedication, hard work, and commitment of every member of the university community. "This activity is for us to learn, identify the best practices worth sustaining, and confront the struggles that slowed us down, looking back so we may move forward better," he highlighted.
Throughout the conference, participants engaged in comprehensive discussions on office and campus accomplishments, operational challenges, performance indicators, and strategic interventions to further enhance institutional effectiveness.
More than a routine assessment, the conference underscored ParSU's steadfast commitment to transparency, continuous improvement, and responsive leadership. By regularly reviewing its performance and recalibrating priorities, the University ensures the sustained delivery of quality education, efficient public service, and transformative opportunities for the communities it serves.
