In his message, ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo reminded pre-service teachers that teaching is both a challenging and transformative profession that requires patience, purpose, courage, and compassion. It emphasized that educators play a vital role in shaping learnersโ confidence, kindness, and understanding, and that the future of Philippine education depends greatly on the quality of teachers being prepared today. โThe future of Philippine education will not be shaped by technology or policies alone, but by the quality, courage, and compassion of the teachers we prepare today.โ He ended.

Her session emphasizes the need to move beyond policy compliance toward intentional, meaningful, and compassionate classroom practices that genuinely uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion in learning environments.
Complementing these discussions, Dr. Joselito C. Gutierrez, Assistant to the President of Saint Louis University, highlights the significance of principled, values-driven leadership in his presentation on Ethical Leadership for Sustainable Well-Being. He underscores how ethical decision-making, empathy, and institutional integrity contribute to sustainable educational communities and holistic well-being among educators and learners alike.
Bringing the conversation toward innovation and emerging technologies, Dr. Kennedy C. Cuya of ParSU introduces Artificial Intelligence in Teacher Education: Strategies for Resource Development. His presentation explores practical, forward-looking approaches to using artificial intelligence to support instructional material development, enhance learning engagement, and empower educators with adaptive, technology-driven teaching strategies tailored to the demands of contemporary education.
