Partido State University (ParSU) joined government agencies recognized for their human resource management practices during the Civil Service Commissionโs (CSC) 2026 Regional Awards Rites on October 8 at the Marison Hotel in Legazpi City, where the Universityโs PRIME-HRM Level II (Bronze) Award was formally conferred.
Representing the University, ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo and Acting Head of the Human Resource Management Unit Ms. Margarita M. Lanciso received the recognition during the ceremony, which honored government workers, offices, partners, and CSC Regional Office V employees for their contributions to public service.
ParSUโs PRIME-HRM Level II recognition reflects its compliance with established standards in recruitment, selection and placement; performance management; learning and development; and rewards and recognition. The University was assessed on February 4โ5, 2026, and the award was approved pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 2600582, promulgated on April 22, 2026.
Held in celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the awards rites carried the theme โBawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal at Galing Para sa Bayan,โ highlighting the role of public servants and government institutions in delivering responsive and effective public service.
The recognition affirms ParSUโs continuing efforts to develop a competent and responsive workforce that supports the Universityโs delivery of quality education and public service.
