












The Partido State University (ParSU) Reserve Officersโ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit successfully participated in the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) on April 22, 2026, conducted by the Philippine Army Reserve Command.
The comprehensive inspection evaluated the unitโs administrative efficiency, training proficiency, tactical competence, and overall operational readiness. Throughout the activity, ParSU cadets demonstrated discipline and precision across a series of assessments, including rank inspection, company drills, military stakes, map reading, weapons handling, and first aid and basic life support. Each component reflected the cadetsโ sustained preparation, teamwork, and commitment to excellence.ย
After the rigorous inspection and field tests, the ParSU ROTC Unit earned an impressive 943.59 points, equivalent to 94.359%, which marks a significant improvement from last yearโs 89.43% performance. This upward trajectory underscores the unitโs continuous growth and strengthened training initiatives.
Notably, Vanna Ryza B. Begota, a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy ROTC student, garnered an exceptional score of 99 in the comprehensive examinationโthe highest recorded score for the unit to dateโfurther underscoring the caliber of training and individual excellence within the corps.
Beyond the numbers, the result affirms the strength of ParSUโs ROTC training framework and its leadership in cultivating competent, resilient, and service-oriented student-cadets.ย
The event was witnessed and supported by University officials, members of the RAATI Team, the ROTC Training Staff, the ParSU Corps Commander and Staff, and other distinguished guests. Leading the roster of key officials present were ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo, Institutional Resilience Division Director Dr. Ariel A. Barreda, NSTP Director Maria Aurora G. Caballero, ROTC Coordinator Remy Roel G. Miradora, ROTC Commandant Ltc. Randy L. Eloreta INF (GSC) PA, Assistant Commandant Maj. Ranjan O. Palacio (INF) PA, Group Commander of the 5th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, Col. Ronie T. Ebarita INF (MNSA) PA, Vice-Chairperson of RAATI, Ltc. Joy O. Villanueva, INF (GSC) PA, and Director of the 502nd Community Defense Center, Ltc. Arnel D. Fabriaga GSC (OS) PA.ย
Partner agencies, including BFP Goa, PNP Goa, and MDRRMO Goa, were likewise deployed on standby as responders, ensuring the safety, security, and seamless conduct of the entire activity.ย
With this achievement, ParSU ROTC continues to uphold its commitment to producing disciplined leaders equipped for both civic responsibility and national service.
