Partido State University (ParSU) formally took part in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing for the Commission on Higher Educationโs (CHED) Scholarships for Staff and Instructorsโ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP), yesterday, August 18, 2025, in Daraga, Albay.
The MOA signing, led by CHED Regional Office V, confirms ParSUโs role as a Delivering Higher Education Institution (DHEI) starting Academic Year 2025โ2026. Through this, ParSU will offer approved graduate programs to CHED-SIKAP scholars that will support full-time and part-time study for faculty and staff across the region.
This milestone significantly strengthens the universityโs commitment to academic excellence, faculty development, and regional progress. Through this, ParSU helps local educators gain access to graduate education without leaving their communities, contributing to a more inclusive and empowered higher education landscape.
This partnership affirms ParSUโs growing role as a center for advanced learning in the Bicol Region that develops scholar-leaders who will shape the future of instruction, research, and innovation.
