Partido State University (ParSU), through its Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU), reaffirmed its commitment to institutional excellence and people-centered service by conducting an Oath-Taking, Onboarding, and Orientation Seminar for newly hired and promoted teaching and non-teaching personnel on May 11โ12 at the ParSU Boardroom.
ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo emphasized that the University is more than just a workplaceโit is a shared home where employees grow together as a family. โThis institution is no longer just where you report for work. This is our home nowโฆ Serve with honesty, work with excellence, and always act with the heart of a public servant.โ He added.
The two-day activity served as an avenue to formally welcome employees into the University community while equipping them with essential knowledge on ParSUโs systems, operations, and public service responsibilities. University officials led comprehensive discussions on administrative and academic policies, research and extension frameworks, performance management, financial processes, and employment-related concerns to help participants better understand their roles in advancing the institutionโs mission.
By investing in employee development and organizational alignment, the University strengthens its capacity to deliver responsive, quality, and people-centered services to its stakeholders and communities.
