The Partido State University (ParSU) College of Business and Management and the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants hosted a Testimonial Ceremony on February 23, 2026, at the ParSU Gymnasium to honor the University's passers of the November 2025 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Examination.
The occasion celebrates the discipline, grit, and dedication that define the accounting profession and the graduates' relentless pursuit of excellence. Present were university officials, faculty members, families, and students, making it a meaningful moment of recognition for the University's newest professionals.
In his message, ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo highlighted that earning the CPA designation is a responsibility, reminding new CPAs that they are entrusted as guardians of financial truth and must therefore uphold integrity amid pressure. "A good accountant knows the rules; a great accountant protects integrity. Our country does not only need competent CPAs; it needs ethical ones," he emphasized.
As the celebration continued, the atmosphere was filled with gratitude and optimism for the new CPAs, as the ceremony culminated years of hard work and marked the first step toward meaningful careers in their profession.
The University community proudly celebrates this achievement and looks forward to the positive impact the new ParSUan CPAs will bring to their workplaces, communities, and the nation.
